Do I need to be home when you fly?
No. We can fly your property without you present as long as we have access to the exterior. We'll confirm your address and any access notes when you book. You'll receive your gallery link within 24 hours of the flight.
What exactly do you photograph?
We capture all major roof surfaces—north, south, east, and west faces; valleys where sections meet; ridgeline; and gutter runs. We document any visible damage areas and fly multiple passes to ensure full coverage. You get both still photos and video from the flight.
Will my insurance company accept these images?
Yes. Our pilot holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Images are geotagged and timestamped. We've seen homeowners and roofers use our galleries to support insurance claims with Allstate, State Farm, USAA, Farmers, and others. We provide the documentation—your insurance company and roofer determine how to use it. We are not inspectors and do not provide damage assessments.
How long does my gallery stay online?
90 days from delivery. Need it longer? Contact us and we can extend it. You can also download all full-resolution images at any time from your gallery page—they're yours to keep.
What if there's a storm and I need imaging the same day?
Choose Expedited when you book and we'll schedule the earliest available time slot. During peak storm response periods, Expedited guarantees you're prioritized in the queue. Standard slots fill up fast after a storm—if you need a specific window, book Expedited.
