Pricing Questions
What if a storm just hit — does the price go up?
No. $79 Standard, $149 Expedited. Always. We don't surge-price after storms. Our batch routing system handles high demand by clustering nearby addresses into efficient routes — that's how we serve more homes without raising the price.
Is there a per-square-foot charge for larger residential roofs?
No. $79 or $149 covers any standard residential property. Whether your home is 1,200 square feet or 4,500 square feet, the price is the same. Commercial and multi-building properties are quoted separately.
Do I pay before or after the flight?
Payment is collected at signup. Standard ($79) and Expedited ($149) are prepaid. Commercial quotes and recurring contracts are invoiced NET 15.
What if the weather cancels my flight?
We reschedule at no charge. If weather prevents your flight on the scheduled day, you move to the next available slot automatically. Expedited customers are rescheduled within 24 hours.
Can I add Expedited after I've already signed up for Standard?
Yes. Pay the $70 difference anytime before your flight and we'll move you to a scheduled time slot.
Do you offer discounts for neighbors who sign up together?
Not formally, but our routing system naturally rewards density. The more signups we have in your neighborhood, the sooner we route through your area. After a storm, encourage your neighbors to sign up — everyone gets served faster.
