1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hover ATX website (hoveratx.com) or any services provided by Hover ATX ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Hover ATX provides professional drone aerial imaging services for residential and commercial properties in Austin, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include:

Aerial photography and video of roofs and properties
Hosted online galleries with shareable links
Downloadable full-resolution images and video

3. Documentation Disclaimer

Hover ATX does not perform roof inspections, damage assessments, or repair estimates. The aerial images and video we provide are for documentation purposes only and do not constitute a professional opinion regarding the condition of any property.

For damage assessment, repair recommendations, or insurance claim guidance, consult a licensed roofing contractor or public adjuster. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our documentation.

4. Booking & Payment

By submitting a booking through our website, you agree to the following:

Standard Service ($79): Your property is added to our next available route day. We determine the schedule.
Expedited Service ($149): You select a preferred date and time window. We schedule around your preference.
Commercial Service ($199-$499): Priced based on property size and complexity.

Payment is collected at the time of booking. Refunds are available if we are unable to complete the flight due to weather, airspace restrictions, or equipment issues.

5. Flight Operations

All flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot in compliance with federal aviation regulations. Flights may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

Weather conditions (wind, rain, low visibility)
FAA airspace restrictions or LAANC authorization delays
Safety concerns at the property

We will notify you of any rescheduling and prioritize completing your flight as soon as conditions allow.

6. Gallery & Image Delivery

Galleries are delivered within 24 hours of the completed flight via a private, shareable link.
Galleries remain accessible for 90 days from delivery. Extensions are available upon request.
You may download full-resolution images and videos at any time during the gallery period.
Images may be freely shared with insurance providers, contractors, and other professionals at your discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All images and video captured by Hover ATX are the intellectual property of Hover ATX. By purchasing our service, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, share, and reproduce the images for personal and insurance-related purposes. You may not resell or commercially redistribute our images without written permission.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services (name, email, phone, property address). See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hover ATX's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or documentation. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of aerial imagery as a representation of property condition.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hover ATX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or documentation, including claims related to insurance filings or contractor disputes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
